东莞法院判决涉虚拟货币“矿机”元件交易的竞业禁止协议无效:6月21日消息，日前，东莞市第三人民法院对一起涉虚拟货币“矿机”元件交易的合同纠纷案作出一审判决，对于原告深圳某科技有限公司诉被告东莞某模具有限公司违反竞业禁止协议约定，要求赔偿百万的诉请，法院认为该协议涉及虚拟货币“挖矿”活动，损害社会公共利益，合同无效，一审驳回了原告诉请。
据悉，深圳某科技有限公司与东莞某模具有限公司建立散热片的长期采购合同关系，双方先后签署了两份《采购框架协议》和一份《商业竞业禁止协议》，约定协议中的竞业对象特指除深圳科技公司之外的其他虚拟货币“挖矿”设备厂商。而东莞模具公司擅自与深圳另一家虚拟货币“矿机”厂商建立采购关系，因此深圳科技公司将其告上法院。（羊城晚报）[2022/6/21 4:42:29]
