Stargate DAO已通过“降低Aptos跨链区块确认数并增加费用”提案:9月8日消息，Snapshot页面显示，Stargate DAO已投票通过“降低Aptos跨链区块确认数并增加费用”的提案。
该提案表示，Stargate已拥有TheAptosBridge所有权，成为通向Aptos最大的跨链桥，因此提议将跨链区块确认数降至260个（约1分钟）。此外，提案建议收取0.07%的费用，避免跨链桥被用于免费中转使用。[2023/9/8 13:27:23]

Silvergate Bank去年Q4净收入下降9%至2140万美元:1月19日消息，加密友好银行Silvergate Bank去年第四季度净收入为2140万美元，相比第三季度（2350万美元）下降近9%。
根据周二的公告，该行的数字货币客户从9月底的1305家增至12月底的1381家。数字货币客户平均存款也从112亿美元增至133亿美元。
与此同时，该行的的比特币市场入金渠道Silvergate交易网络（SEN）处理价值2192亿美元的转账，而第三季度为1620亿美元。
