港媒：HKVAX正寻求新一轮融资，拟半年后推虚拟资产平台并设OTC场外交易:金色财经报道，香港虚拟资产交易所（HKVAX）近期获得香港证监会原则上批准通知书，可进行第一类（证券交易）及第七类（提供自动化交易服务）受规管活动，将成为香港第三间持牌虚拟资产交易平台，该交易所联合创始人兼营运总监霍兆梁表示，最快再需时多半年待取得牌照，计划届时推出平台、OTC场外交易等服务，但是否推出STO （证券型代币）则需视香港证监会规范而定。依目前证监会的规范，STO主要供机构性客户参与，但是随着将来HKVAX涉足托管服务或将吸引到零售投资者兴趣，HKVAX会和外国持牌平台讨论，将STO安排在世界不同主要市场上架及供有意投资者认购。另据HKVAX行政总裁吴炜梁透露，该交易所目前正与策略性投资者紧密合作推进下一轮融资，引入市场持份者，包括经纪行、买方资产管理及投资银行等不同机构。（明报）[2023/8/21 18:12:31]
